Consent to personal data processing

I give this Consent to process the following personal data: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, bank account (card) details (if money refund is required), passport details (if money refund is required). At the same time I give my consent to process and to performance by the Private entrepreneur Anton Vladimirovich Ilyinskiy of the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification, update, change, use, transfer, as well as any other actions with my personal data, provided for by the effective legislation of the RF. This consent does not establish personal data processing deadlines.

I acknowledge that the Personal data provider shall be entitled to use my data for the purposes, defined in the confidentiality policy and other documents, which establish personal data processing procedure, as well as exercise of civil and other agreements.

I hereby also give my consent to receive information from mailout, including advertizing, with information, without limitation, about goods and services, special offers, promotions in relation thereto, terms, related to purchase and use of such goods and services, of events, presentations, offers of partners. Such information may be provided to me by way of non-voice communications (sending by mobile telephone communications of short text sms-messages, ussd-messages, etc), by sending me data via the Internet, to the telephone number I provided and (or) e-mail, other communication means via the Internet from the Private entrepreneur Anton Vladimirovich Ilyinskiy.
